Mirror Medicine was born from our own healing, two friends following the quiet pull of ancient archetypes, modern neuroscience, and the simple truth that emotional coherence changes everything. We began our independent journeys with Quan Yin and expanded into Medusa as a shadow work archetype, feeling an unmistakable shift… and when we went searching for more, nothing existed. So, we created what we needed: a grounded, beautiful, scientifically-supported way to do shadow work without fear, confusion, or heaviness.

We built the Dark Goddess Archetype Meditation Series to make shadow work accessible, safe, and transformative, taking the guesswork out of reprogramming the subconscious.

Both paths meet here, because healing the psyche and healing the body are the same journey, two sides of the mirror. Most importantly, everything we teach is something we’ve lived. We’ve walked each other through the descent and the rising, witnessed one another’s shadows with love, and created a map so no one has to do this alone.
